What this error means
EF2 is an over-sudsing fault detected during drain phases. Foam can trip aqua control and prevent the drum from reaching proper spin speed.
Common causes
- Regular detergent instead of HE formula
- Double-dosing pods or liquid above the fill line
- Soft water requiring even less detergent
- Residual suds from prior overdosed cycle
