What this error means

UB is an Unbalanced error at high-speed spin. Samsung's MEMS vibration sensor reads drum movement; when weight sits on one side the inverter ramps down and displays UB rather than walk the cabinet across the floor.

  • Heavy denim or towels clumped on one drum wall
  • Single large item such as a comforter without balancing towels
  • Washer not level or feet unlocked after adjustment
